Once removed properly with the root, the mole usually does not grow back. Warts, however, are viral and may rarely recur or appear elsewhere.

No, we use local anesthesia to numb the area completely. You will only feel a tiny prick sensation from the anesthesia injection.
The treated area will form a scab. Keep it clean and dry, apply the prescribed antibiotic cream, and let the scab fall off naturally. Do not pick at it!
The procedure is very quick, usually taking only 10-15 minutes depending on the number of moles or warts.
